Registration Fee:	Registration is open at 10:00 a.m. and the program begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 and concludes at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2011 Note: Tuesday and Wednesday dinner on your own. 2011 Registration Fee: $425.00
