Project Safe Neighborhoods PSN Coordinators and Research Partners completed the “Specialized Workshops for PSN Coordinators and Research Partners” and/or the “Rural Focused Specialized Workshop for PSN Coordinators” which were held in January, March and April 2004.

The first "Specialized Workshop"
was held in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 14 - 15, 2004 and was attended by the following 27 districts. *
 A second "Specialized Workshop"  for PSN Coordinators and Research Partners was held in San Diego, California, February 26 - 27, 2004 and was attended by the following 37 districts. * The third training session, "Rural Focused Specialized Training Session for PSN Coordinators" was held in 
San Antonio, Texas,
