I have broad interests encompassing many aspects of criminal justice policy and the operations of the criminal justice system. Many of my books and articles examine topics concerning law and courts. Recent publications address such topics as judicial policy making, the U.S. Supreme Court and constitutional criminal procedure, habeas corpus, and symbolic aspects of law.
